MURAL

Japanese Bonsai graphic with blue and grey leaves in a yellow pot

Located in Marrickville, Kurumac is a cafe offering a contemporary take on home style Japanese food. Equipped with the brief of embracing old and new Japan, we created a memorable and iconic mural for the cafe's main wall.

Drawing from our own experiences in Japan, we were inspired by the convenience and efficiency that shapes the movement and flow of its cities. This translation of simplicity that the Japanese lifestyle uplifts is instilled in food, ambience and art at Kurumac.
